Guest Surgeons will be contacted by the GB P International Guest. The GB P International Guest has to submit a request for a temporary license to practice medicine for the Guest Surgeon to the State Examination Board for Health Care for Professionals (LPA).

Therefore the GB P has to request certain documents:

• A current CV with address, date and location of birth, original signature and current date
• Passport
• Medical Diploma
• Certificate of current professional status
• Medical certificate

It is urgently requested to sign up the invited Guest Surgeons at the GB P in time to guarantee getting their temporary licenses to practice medicine.
